Steve Selvin PhD ’70 is a statistician who serves as a professor of biostatistics at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health. He has been recognized by UC Berkeley for his excellence in teaching, including the Berkeley Citation, which he recieved in 2011. His research interests include epidemiologic methods, spatial analysis, matched pair design and application to genetic problems, and statistical analysis of epidemiologic data.
