Lynn Goldman MD, MPH, MS ’79 is the dean at Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University. Previously, she was a professor of Environmental Health Sciences at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She served as assistant administrator for toxic substances in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 1993 through 1998. Under her lead, the EPA overhauled the nation’s pesticide laws, expanded right-to-know requirements for toxic chemical release, and promoted children’s health and global chemical safety.
